System Requirements and Other Needs

 

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:

To capture attendance using QRpho, you can use an Android tablet or cellphone whichever you choose is fit and available.

Android tablet must have the following specifications:

• Display size: At least 7.0” screen
• Front-end camera
• Android OS, v5.1 (Lollipop) or higher
• WIFI /Mobile data access capable

Android cellphone must have the following specifications:

• Display size: At least 5.1” screen
• Front-end camera
• Android OS, v5.1 (Lollipop) or higher
• WIFI /Mobile data access capable

 

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:

• QRpho mobile app – the download link is available on our website www.qrpho.com or emailed to you upon subscription or demo account request

 

OTHER ITEMS NEEDED:

• Bond paper, Sticker paper or Photo paper for printing QR Code ID
• List of Employees on CSV (sample_csv_format_emp) so you can upload the data immediately.
• Wifi/mobile data connection
• Tablet holder (Wall mount or Table mount) – you can order tablet holders from us. Just inquire us for available stocks.
