The QRpho is subscribed based on the number of users/employees to be tracked. It is subscribed based on a yearly basis. Any unused portion of the subscription caused by the resignation of an employee can be used by the new hire. Just set the Profile of the resigned employee to Inactive so its user allocation can be used by another employee. Just refer to Knowledgebase on the set an employee inactive.
